Welcome to Gwiroman Language Trainer ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Gwiroman Language Trainer is a language learning application that helps users improve their language skills through various features including:

Audio-based language training with customizable playback
YouTube video content integration for learning materials
AI-powered script generation
Text-to-Speech (TTS) functionality
Progress tracking and personalized learning experiences

2. Account Registration

You must create an account using Google OAuth to access the App's features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and premium subscription options.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are subject to the following limitations:

Limited number of content creations per day
Restricted audio duration for content
Limited access to certain premium features

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Share your account credentials with others
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the App. You grant us a license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Third-Party Content: YouTube videos and other third-party content are subject to their respective terms of service and copyright laws.
Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.

7. Data Usage and Service Improvement

By using the App, you agree that we may collect and use the following data to improve our services:

Learning Records: Your learning progress, training history, and mastery levels may be analyzed in anonymized or aggregated form to improve the learning algorithms and overall service quality.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
