What Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Email, name, profile data
- All Content: Scripts, audio files, YouTube imports
- Learning Records: Training progress, playback history
- App Settings: Preferences, configurations
- S3 Storage: All audio files stored in cloud
What May Be Retained
- Purchase Records: In-app purchase history (retained for up to 5 years for legal/tax purposes)
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics
Processing: After clicking the confirmation link in your email,
your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete within the App
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the gwiroman app.
Option 2: Submit a Request Below
If you cannot access the app, use the form below.
