You can request deletion of your data while keeping your account active.
This page explains what data can be deleted and how to submit a request.
How to Delete Data
Option 1: Delete within the App (Recommended)
You can delete your data directly in the app:
- Delete Content: Open content → Menu (⋮) → Delete Content
- Reset Learning Progress: Open content → Menu (⋮) → Reset Training Log
- Delete Account & All Data: Settings → Delete Account
Option 2: Submit a Request Below
If you cannot access the app, use the form below to request data deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Created Content: Scripts, audio files, YouTube imports
- Learning Records: Training progress, playback history
- User Preferences: App settings, playback preferences
- Usage Data: Content generation usage counts
Data That May Be Retained
- Account Information: Email and profile (if you choose to keep your account)
- Purchase Records: In-app purchase history (retained for up to 5 years for legal/tax purposes)
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics
Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
